In recent years, we have often encountered such situations in reality. Therefore, in actual monitoring and diagnosis, the state must be diagnosed as soon as possible to contact the state of the bearing state of the dual -column angle, and replace the fake bearing in a timely manner to avoid major accidents. In a large number of such accidents, we have also accumulated some practical skills, that is, in the early stages of running after installation, such bearings monitor their vibration status and analyze spectrum. We found that in the early stages of operation, the spectrum of the bearing has its unique characteristics, that is, the equipment frequency of the equipment generally does not occupy the main component. However, the total vibration value is not large, and the vibration standard (such as the ISO2372 standard) is determined that the vibration is qualified.
